Ingredients

water 2 cups milk 4 pcs chocolate tablea 1 tbsp condensed milk ¼ cup evaporated milk As needed whole coffee beans

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil using your WOLF Induction Cooktop. Add the chocolate tablea pieces and whisk until dissolved using a batirol, a traditional wooden tool used for mixing. You may also use a regular whisk instead.
  2. Add the condensed milk and evaporated milk and continue to cook, stirring regularly to prevent a film layer from forming.
  3. Once the tablea is completely dissolved, whisk the mixture vigorously until the hot chocolate becomes frothy. Pour the mixture into coffee mugs then set aside.
  4. To make the espresso, slide the WOLF Coffee System forward and open the whole bean compartment lid. Fill the compartment with your choice of whole coffee beans, then slide the unit back into position. Do not use oily, caramelized, or flavored beans. Remove, fill and reinstall the water tank.
  5. Place 2 espresso cups underneath the coffee spout, then press multiple times to select the desired strength. Choices include extra-mild, mild, standard, strong, extra strong, or pre-ground.
  6. Press then select COFFEE. Press to initiate the cycle for 2 cups of espresso.
